At The Faraday Collective, we are committed to ensuring your order is processed and delivered as quickly as possible. Below, you’ll find all the essential details about our shipping services, including processing times, costs, and tracking information.

 

Where We Ship

We currently only ship within Australia.
International shipping is unavailable.

 

Processing & Dispatch

All orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days via Australia Post. Shipping provider may change.

 

Estimated Delivery

Australia: Standard 4–10 business days / Express 3–6 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may be impacted by location, public holidays, or delays with Australia Post.

 

Shipping Costs

• Australia: Free over $79 AUD / $10 AUD flat rate under $79 AUD

• Australia Express: $16 AUD flat rate

 

Pre-Sale Orders

From time to time, The Faraday Collective. offers products on pre-sale. These items are not yet in stock and will be dispatched once they arrive at our warehouse. Estimated shipping timeframes are provided on the individual product pages and may be subject to change. If there are any changes to the estimated timeframe, you will be notified via email.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-sale items, once pre-sale items are in stock your order will then be shipped. In-stock items will not be shipped separately unless extra shipment charge is paid.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This tracking number can be used to monitor the progress of your delivery. Track your order
