Refunds

Here at The Faraday Collective, we do not offer a change of mind return option at the moment. Please check sizes of each pouch.

We do our best to inspect each pouch as it ships. We know our product is awesome and works, but we offer a 14-day return policy if you find your product does not function as it should. Please ensure your key fob is inserted in the back pocket where the protective shielding mesh is used.

To be eligible for the above return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at thefaradaycollective@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 5/3-5 Scoresby Road, Bayswater Victoria 3153. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can fix the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your product, for example wanting to exchange the smaller pouch for the larger pouch, please reach out via email so we can coordinate this for you. All shipping costs will be incurred by the customer.
